Privacy
Personal data means any information that may be relevant to an identified or non-identifiable natural person (the "data subject"). Collection of personal data

Application for a job
For job applications we use a third-party recruitment tool for management purposes. When applying for a job at Lanakam SA, personal data will be processed and controlled by Lanakam. Requests will not be saved for longer than necessary or will not be shared with any third party. If applicants wish to access, correct, delete personal data, please contact DPO, dpo@lanakam.gr.

E-mails marketing
Lanakam SA is authorized to send e-mail marketing to clients upon consent. This particular form of consent must be freely given, specifically informed and clear. These prerequisites are fulfilled when customers have chosen to receive e-mail marketing.
Customers will always have the right to dispute, upon request and at no cost, the processing of customer-related personal data for the purposes of direct marketing activities without having to provide any specific justification. Customers can do this by using the "Unsubscribe" link found in the e-mails they receive from us or by contacting us at dpo@lanakam.gr.
Once a customer has disputed, that customer's personal data will no longer be processed for direct marketing.
E-mail marketing contains information that we believe may be of interest to our customers such as the latest news about our products and services.

Responsibility
Lanakam is responsible for and wants to be able at any time to demonstrate compliance with GDPR as well as with our principles set out here.
Lanakam will maintain records of processed activities under its responsibility containing the information required by the GDPR and where applicable and make the records available to supervisors upon request.
The privacy statement is under the responsibility of the legal team at Lanakam SA.

Complaints
Customers have the right to submit a complaint regarding our processing of personal data.
All inquiries and complaints will be handled promptly by the DPO in accordance with internal procedures. In the unlikely event that customers have suffered a breach of their data protection rights and Lanakam SA has not dealt with the complaint in a sufficient way, customers can officially complain to supervisors.
