Returns & Exchanges
At LNKM, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the delivery date.
Returns and exchanges are accepted for both full-price and sale items purchased within Europe. For further details, please refer to our Right of Withdrawal Policy.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be unused, unworn, and in their original condition
- Be returned in the original packaging
- Include all original tags attached
- Be accompanied by the purchase receipt or invoice
LNKM reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Defective Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our Customer Service team immediately:

Include your order number and a brief description of the issue. You may be asked to provide photographic evidence before the return is approved.
All defective items are inspected before a refund or replacement is issued.
Return Process
To return an item:
- Complete the Returns Proforma Invoice form
- Include the form inside your parcel
- Ship the package to the return address stated on your receipt
Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
In-Store Returns
You may also return your online order at one of our physical stores by presenting:
- The delivery note, or
- Your order confirmation email
Please note:
- Online orders cannot be returned to company offices or warehouses
- Store credit is not issued for online purchases
- Items purchased via PayPal may have different exchange procedures; contact us for details
Outlet Items
All Outlet purchases are final. Outlet items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Gift Returns
If you received an item as a gift:
- With proof of purchase: you may return or exchange the item
- Refunds will be issued via bank transfer (IBAN)
- If no proof of purchase is available, contact us and we will assist you
Order Cancellation & Right of Withdrawal
You may cancel your order:
- Before shipment: free of charge
- After shipment: shipping fees will apply
You also have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer law.
Refunds
Refunds are processed:
- For the value of the returned item(s)
- Within 14 business days after the items have been received and inspected
Please note:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- A €3 bank processing fee may apply
- Any additional bank charges are the responsibility of the customer
- Refunds are issued when the right of withdrawal or a valid defective claim is exercised
